Who operates this service

Rap Lyrics Generator is operated by an individual under the Rap Lyrics Generator brand. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the website and its rap-writing tools. For privacy questions or requests, email support@raplyricsgenerator.org.

Information we handle

• Account and sign-in details: your name, email address, sign-in information from email/password or an enabled sign-in provider, profile image if you add one, and session information needed to keep your account secure.
• Writing inputs: the story, draft lyrics, selected lines, instructions, and preferences you submit when you ask the tool to generate or rewrite lyrics. The generated result is returned to your browser.
• Generation limits: we store the source text for each generated lyric, whether it used the free allowance or a paid credit, and how many edits remain. This lets us enforce your allowance and connect later edits to the original source.
• Saved lyrics: if you choose Save Lyrics, we store the title and lyric text in your account so you can reopen and edit it. Generation and rewrite results are not automatically added to your library.
• Purchases and credits: the one-time credit pack you select, payment status, order identifiers, credit balance, and credit activity. Payment details are entered through the provider shown at checkout; we do not ask you to enter full card numbers into the writing tool.
• Support and technical information: messages you send to support, and information such as IP address, browser or device details, and activity needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service.

How we use information

We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide lyric generation and editing, process purchases and credits, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and maintain the service. If analytics or live-chat tools are enabled, they may also process information about your visit or support conversation. We do not sell your writing inputs as a product.

AI processing and other service providers

When you request a generation or rewrite, we send the relevant writing input and instructions to the Google Gemini API to produce the result. Do not submit information about another person unless you are entitled to use it. Google's handling of API inputs and outputs is governed by its own terms and policies; we cannot promise that it keeps no logs or never retains submitted material.

Cloudflare provides the hosting and database infrastructure used by this service. Depending on the features you use and the configuration in effect, payment processors, email delivery services, sign-in providers, analytics services, and support-chat providers may also process information needed for their function. The payment provider is identified during checkout.

Storage and retention

Generation and rewrite results are returned to your browser and are not automatically added to your library. We retain the original writing input and usage record for each generation under your account to enforce the free allowance, paid credits, and edit limits; contact us to request removal. If you choose Save Lyrics, the title and lyric text are also stored in your account until you delete the entry or request removal. Deleting a saved entry removes it from your library but does not automatically delete its generation record; routine backups and provider logs may persist for a limited time. This does not prevent infrastructure or the AI provider from handling request data or retaining logs under their own policies.

We keep account, transaction, credit, and support records while needed to operate the service, resolve issues, meet record-keeping obligations, or address disputes. Retention periods vary by record and applicable requirements. You can contact us with questions about a particular record.

Cookies and similar technologies

The website uses session-related technologies to keep you signed in and protect your account. Enabled analytics, sign-in, or support tools may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Browser controls may let you restrict non-essential cookies, but blocking essential session storage can prevent sign-in from working.

Your choices and requests

You can update some account details in your profile and edit or delete individual saved lyrics in My Lyrics. To ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of other personal information, or to raise a privacy concern, email support@raplyricsgenerator.org. We will review requests in light of applicable law and any records we must retain. The website does not currently offer a self-service account deletion or full data-export feature, so please contact us rather than relying on an account-settings button for those requests.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product or its providers change. We will post the revised version and update the date shown above. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate.
